Hearing Aids
Jennifer Briggs is a clinical audiologist who represents The Oregon
Clinic, the largest private specialty physician practice in Oregon.
Previously she was employed by a hearing aid manufacturer. Ms.
Briggs has advised audiologists and hearing aid dispensers on testing,
pathology, ear impressions, hearing aids, FM and assistive listening
devices.
Ms. Briggs graduated with a doctorate degree in Audiology from the University of Florida, located in Gainesville, Florida. She holds a master's degree in Speech and Hearing Science from Portland State University, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Oregon State University.
"It is an exciting time to dispense hearing aids as technology is providing us with better tools and new avenues to assist people with hearing loss," she says. "As technology continues to change rapidly, education for dispensers will remain paramount."
